Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We offer FREE returns and FREE return shipping within the United Kingdom. There are no return or shipping charges, even if the return is due to an incorrect item being sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Without photographic evidence submitted within this timeframe, we may be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail only.
We do not accept in-person or in-store returns for online purchases.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged before shipping to prevent damage during transit.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included with your order.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the prepaid return label

  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier listed on the label

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact us and we will issue a replacement.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.
All qualifying returns are processed free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
