Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.

  • Our order cut-off time is 4:30 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping

  • We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping is completely free on all orders.

  • Our shipping method is “Free Shipping.”

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

Without photographic proof submitted within this timeframe, we may be unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment during transit.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
