  • Transit time is 3–5 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 3–7 business days

  • Our order cut-off time is 4:30 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day

3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Furry Puppie is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are covered for eligible returns, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy

  • Return processing takes up to 7 business days after the returned item is received

  • All returns must be sent by mail; in-person or in-store returns are not accepted

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items meet our return eligibility requirements.

A prepaid return shipping label is included with every order. If the label is lost, please contact customer service to request a replacement.

There is no restocking fee. Qualifying returns are processed free of charge.

Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence. Without proof of damage, we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or store credit.
